Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing Careception's BPO and call center services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Careception provides virtual workforce solutions including, but not limited to, inbound/outbound call handling, healthcare virtual assistants, and back-office task management. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements (Statement of Work).

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the necessary system access, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and training materials required for Careception agents to perform their duties effectively. Clients must also ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws.

4. Term and Termination

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless a long-term agreement is signed. Either party may terminate the standard agreement with a written 30-day notice.
